Summary of the bill as introduced: Authorizes county government to determine the demand market area and for its determination to be sent to the Nielson Company, the Federal Communications Commission and its legislative delegation. This bill also gives cause of action for any person who suffers from personal injury, wrongful death or loss of property due to the lack of notice of a local warning or alert through television as a result of the demand market area determined by the county.
